You can sign up for a username and password by clicking the "register" link. Enter the details as required and apply for an account. You are also asked for a secret answer to a question you specify. If you should forget your password you can use your secret answer to reset it.
You can reset your existing password using the "lost password" link. Since your password cannot be recovered from the system, you will be assigned a new temporary password. This will be e-mailed to you and you may use that to log on and reset your password.
While logged in you may see a key logo in the top right of the browser window. You can click this to log back out of the system. Note that this only logs you out from these web pages. It will not log you out from any other system.
Although you should log out of this site manually, if you do not visit any protected part of the site for more than an hour, you will be logged out automatically. You will then have to log in again to proceed.
You can change your settings before you log in by clicking the "edit settings" link. Here you can change your username, password or any other information you provided during registration. You should avoid changing your username since doing so may deny you entry to parts of the site you previously had access to.
